Since founding Global Girl Project in 2014, Jules Lynch has become a recognised voice on girls' leadership, feminist leadership, and community-led development. She regularly speaks on international development, leadership, equity and inclusion, youth mobilisation, and the power of locally led approaches to creating sustainable social change.
Jules is an engaging and authentic speaker who inspires audiences to think differently about leadership and the role each of us can play in creating positive change. She speaks at conferences, events, and with organisations on topics including girls' leadership, philanthropy, community-led development, and building equitable partnerships.
As Founder and CEO of Global Girl Project, Jules leads the organisation from the United Kingdom, working alongside local partner organisations and schools across the Global Majority to deliver leadership programmes that equip girls with the confidence, skills, and opportunities to lead change in their communities.
Through Global Girl Project's programmes, girls strengthen their leadership skills, confidence, and sense of agency while designing and leading community action initiatives. Alongside this, communities report greater recognition of girls' leadership and their ability to contribute meaningfully to social change, demonstrating the lasting impact of investing in girls as leaders.

Meet Keynote Speaker & Thought Leader: Jules Lynch
Our Founder and CEO, Jules Lynch, is an engaging and authentic speaker who is passionate about girls' leadership, community-led development, and creating lasting social change. Drawing on more than a decade of experience leading Global Girl Project, she speaks on topics including feminist leadership, philanthropy, equitable partnerships, and empowering young people to become changemakers.
Jules has spoken at conferences, universities, and organisations across the UK and internationally. Most recently, she was a panellist at the Third Sector Conference in London, where she spoke on funding strategies for small and medium-sized charities. She also delivered the keynote address at Strong Enough Girls' Empowerment Initiative (SEGEI)'s 10th Anniversary Celebration in Nigeria.
Previous speaking engagements include guest lecturing at Brunel University, and speaking at Shell UK, Ernst & Young, the Aspire Conference in London, and Disney UK's International Women's Day panel discussion.

About Jules
Jules Lynch founded Global Girl Project in 2014 after more than 20 years working as a community social worker and therapist. During this time, she travelled extensively, including periods spent in Tanzania and Jamaica providing community and health services to at-risk communities. This experience ignited her passion for supporting marginalised girls, and Global Girl Project was born.
As a woman of colour who grew up in a small, predominantly white town, Jules learned from an early age how important it is to see yourself represented in positions of leadership and influence. Since then, she has worked tirelessly not only to be a role model for girls across the Global Girl Project network, but also to equip them with the confidence, skills, and opportunities to become leaders and role models within their own communities.
