Session: Effective Communication | 29 August

My experience facilitating the Effective Communication session for Global Girl Project on 29 August, as a Global Girl graduate, was truly fabulous.

As a facilitator, I got a behind-the-scenes look at how a global organisation works and how truly global our network is. In one room, there was someone from India, someone from Uganda, someone from Haiti, and people from many other countries, all connected by one purpose!

What excited me most was the curiosity of our girls. The way they asked questions, engaged and thought deeply was incredible to witness. It reminded me of my own journey as a Global Girl and how powerful it is when girls are given a safe space to speak and be heard.

I’m grateful to Global Girl Project for giving me the opportunity to come back, not as a participant, but as a facilitator.
